Licensing a Children's Theatre Company Production Kit is simple. To obtain a Production Kit, you must first submit:

1. Assessment Inquiry Form (1) CLICK HERE to download PDF form.

2. Application for License (2) CLICK HERE to download PDF form.

Once qualified, a License Agreement will be submitted to you.

All of which will be accompanied by a detailed FAQs, as well as a telephone conference date with your sponsoring organization to answer questions and to build unity of vision.

Your information will then be submitted to the CTC NYC Board of Directors, who will determine the scope of work and implementation time line.
