Program Details
• Four-day Theatre & Music Residency for children and youth ages 7–15
• Workshops led by professional teaching artists, including MehrMansuri, Artistic Director of Children’s Theater Company, and Eric Dozier, the co-composers of the Broadway-bound musical The Ballad of Henry Box Brown
• Activities include theater performance, choir, storytelling, cultural and ethnic dance, Persian-inspired visual arts, and shadow puppetry
• All conference children and youth are welcome to participate in the Kids with a Cause Choir
• Participation will require 1–3 - Zoom orientation and rehearsal sessions prior to the conference
• Youth ages 15+ are invited to serve as Teacher Assistants during the Theatre & Music Residency
